Worst experience ever Staff don't care about patients at all.. Dr.Madhavi latha gaaru also the worst doctor I've ever seen Better avoid this eye care

Not a safe place to get your eye check done. Following are my experience in the hospital: We visited becuase the patient had a headache and we suspectes that this might be becuase of change in eye power, we were consulted by Dr. G.Madhavilatha. On the first day of consultation, basic eye sight tests were done and we were asked to follow up the next day in a different branch for further check ups. On the 2nd day, the same doctor - Dr. G.Madhavilatha ran another set of tests and had the patient's eyes dilated for accurate results. After first few minutes, she sent us out of the cabin and had a nurse inform us that we'd need a glaucoma test ASAP right then and there. When we started asking questions regarding the why and nurse had no answers and left. We were called into the cabin again, this time Dr. G.Madhavilatha said it was a mistake and this was something else. She said that the patient has had a problem since childhood and we need to do more tests to eliminate any possibility of a serious problem. Since she did not mention what problem, the patient that had come with me confirmed confidently that she has no chronic eye problem, and even if she did, it would have been caught by numerous previous consultations over different cities by different doctors. After this we were sent out of the doctor's cabin again and were asked to wait. After a while the doctor asked us to do a neurology test for the headache, again- right then and there ASAP in the same hospital. We were not given the name of the test, what was wrong, what the test was for and if could consider consulting another doctor ( a neurologist maybe) for further diagnosis. After refusing the nameless test, and the previous dubious scams. We understood that this was all a ploy to make us spend more. So we decided to leave. The doctor called us in the cabin one more time and gave us 2 medicines ( eye drops and tablets ). Without mentioning what they were for and what was wrong in the first place. And we were insisted to buy the medicines from the inhouse pharmacy. The pharmacy gave us the medicines and asked for 800 rupees and refused to provide any bill for the medicines as well. At this point we were convinced not to trust anything at this hospital and left. This was a very disturbing experience for us, every single staff including the doctors are hell bent on making you pay for tests/medicine one way or another. No name of tests, no diagnosis, no reason for tests, no reasons for medicines were provided. Please avoid going to the hospital, save your eyes and your money. And avoid Dr. G.Madhavilatha at all costs.
