Rude behaviour ever .. How come they behave so arrogant with the patients..!! Few are good but most have no proper interacting skill..... Even Dr.Rajesh is arrogant!! He's so rude . Doesn't listen to patient The staff are more interested in gossips And r very bad....

I am a senior doctor ( Emergency Medicine ( Casualty ) specialist) of big corporate hospital in Guntur city. Recently, I got my mother's 2 eyes operated in Sudharshani eye hospital, Kothapet, Guntur, for mature and highly complicated cataract. My mother had severe heart disease. So, she feared to get her eyes operated, since last 10 years. Dr. Rajesh sir, Dr. Aparna and Dr. Dhanya , dealt with my mother. Dr. Aparna followed from pre-operative check up till post-operative checkup. My mother felt comfortable and confident after her's first visit. She could come out of her fear for surgery due to the confidence given by Dr. Aparna, in the background of severe heart disease. Dr. Rajesh sir, operated both eyes with a gap of 1 month. I was present in the operation theater for 2 surgeries. Both are complicated surgeries and took double the time, that would take for routine cataract surgeries. Doctor's interaction with the patient was sensitive enough, to build confidence in them. All the employees ( security, aayammas, nurses, managers, O.T staff etc) in Kothapet branch and Arundelpet branch are very friendly and homely. They take care of the patient, sensitively and with utmost respect. I thank all the 3 doctors and special thanks to Dr. Rajesh sir. I recommend others, to get their family member's eyes operated here. Thank you.

My father had surgery in this hospital. Staff was worst I've ever seen in my life. Staff don't listen to patients. Without listening how they can serve better. No proper co-ordination among staff. No respect to patients or visitors. No bills were given to patients! Operation surgery procedure were not given! Hospital wont take money from debit card/credit card! You can imagine how transparent they are.

It's my my first visit yesterday and believed to be one stop entity for all types of eye problems. Took my age-old friend as he got an appointment for cateract surgery. Reached at about 8.15 am and got his eye operated by 11.30am. Asked us wait upto 4.00 pm for checkup and diacharged after giving all the care the patients to take. Some nurses need to correct their behavioural aspects while dealing with the patients. The intensity in their voice is so irritating and mostly commanding. The motto of a nurse shall be polite and courteous towards the patients. But the supersisory staff are very good in explaining the needs to be taken after reaching home. One thing missing is lack of canteen facilities. I've seen some of the patients who had come from far away villages. It's rather difficult for them to search for a decent hotel.

Best eye docs with 100% accurate diagnosis and treatment. The Head of the Hospital Dr.Rajesh is highly skilled in doing any kind of critical eye surgery. Cost of Treatment is high but 100% genuine and honest . Love this hospital very much. This hospital can be listed as the best eye hospital in the entire Andhra Pradesh. few months back i visited this hospital management has no proper idea how to deal with patient queue. Same day i saw many old age no proper caring about them. Even doctor also shouting on nurse and no polite answers to the patients about treatment they are focusing on surgery. Better to avoid to went this place.
