Our visit to this clinic left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share our experience. We initially sought an eye prescription for my wife, with the intention of purchasing glasses from the clinic itself. The doctor prescribed a -0.25 -0.25 prescription. However, what truly raised our eyebrows was the clinic's pricing for a simple frame and anti-glare glasses, which were disproportionately high when compared to other providers, such as Lenskart. As a loyal customer of Lenskart myself, I have consistently found quality eyewear at reasonable prices. In fact, I could have obtained the same spectacles for a mere 800 rupees from Lenskart, while the clinic quoted a staggering 1500 rupees. Given this stark difference, I kindly requested our prescription to explore other options. To our disbelief, the clinic adamantly refused to provide the prescription, citing their own rules, which struck me as a questionable maitainance. What further surprised me was the doctor's refusal to provide the prescription, seemingly siding with the clinic's stance. It's worth noting that an optometrist should typically provide a prescription upon request, particularly if the patient intends to purchase eyewear elsewhere. To make matters more perplexing, the doctor openly challenged the quality of Lenskart, one of India's most trusted online spectacle stores. In light of these experiences, I regrettably cannot recommend this clinic to others, as our visit left us feeling frustrated and unheard.
