There is a receptionist named ‘radha’ who is so rude with customer serving doctor purpose to not take appointment online but is neglecting customer purpose to serve them. And told patient to ‘cut the call’ on mobile who is explaining his concerns, although a person has attended on person according to the rules. And is reluctant to talk to person about the issues they were mentioning and the behaviour is rude towards patient and not empathic at all.

SUPPORT STAFF ARE NOT GOOD IN RESPONSE.NEED TO INVEST MORE AND MORE TIME IN HOSPITAL. EX: 1 TO 2 HOURS If your number between 20 to 30 2 TO 3 HOURS or SOME OTHER DAY ... if your number between 31 to 80 YOU NEED TO TAKE COMPLETE FULL DAY LEAVE TO OFFICE BEFORE YOU VISIT TO HOSPITAL. NO PARKING AREA TO PARK YOUR VEHICLE. Will update more experience details based on my analysis later.

Worst hospital. Doctor doesn't have time sense. Making patients wait for half day just for 5 minutes treatment. Informed patients to attend early morning and doctor comes at afternoon.Most of the treatment done by staff only.. Rajasekhar doctor is very irresponsible. Doctor is not accepting for issuance procedure. Doesn't ever bother about patients. Money minded doctors

Worst experience at this clinic. Doctor makes patients keep waiting for hours by just sitting in his room drinking tea and chit chat. How can one be like that, in the time of his duty he has to attend the patients. Instead he keeps them wait for nothing.

We had a great experience with Dr. Rajasekhar garu and the entire team at modern eye hospital. I recently had Lasik surgery, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Raja sekhar garu is not only highly skilled but also incredibly caring and reassuring throughout the entire process. The procedure was quick, virtually painless, and the results are nothing short of amazing. I'm now enjoying clear vision without glasses or contacts. The clinic's staff was friendly and professional, making the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone considering Lasik surgery.

Plus - Doctors are good, Especially Dr. Anil Kumar gives good suggestions and details about the Eye problems. Minus - Staff is not giving proper information to the patients about their OP and not calling the patients to visit the doctor as per the order of their OP number. This struggles the patients, especially elders, people with existing diseases and others coming from far away places and villages. Suggested : Hope the hospital staff is improved in Hospitality and directing the patients

Good experience with modern eye hospital Dr will give time to patients to explain there problem. He explains problem clearly and suggest clear solution.

Worst Experience..Making patients waiting for 3 hours.. Doctors are very irresponsible regarding patients problem..Not giving the proper treatment information to the patients..staff is also very irresponsible not answering any queries of the patients..I Recommend Not to visit this hospital.
