A week ago, I got operated for my cataract and my overall experience is EXCELLENT 😊 Special thanks to Dr.Sudhakar Rao garu, Dr.Vijaya Alle, Ms.Sindhura & the staff for making my entire journey from Admission to discharge is very comfortable and pleasant. The clinical outcomes are so good that I was able to see very well immediately after surgery…No pain, No redness at all in the eye. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hospital. The behavior of doctors themselves was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy.Despite being in a vulnerable situation, I was met with indifference and, at times, outright rudeness. The doctors seemed rushed, inattentive, and made no real effort to communicate clearly or empathetically. It felt more like a transaction than a place of care. No one should have to feel dismissed or neglected when seeking medical help. I hope the hospital seriously addresses these issues, as patients deserve far better treatment than what I received.

We have very good results and response from this hospital especially from Dr Neha sudhakar madam. DR MADAM DID OPERATIONS TO BOTH EYES. We have best results. Even nurse staff K Lakshmi DR asst.is also good receiver and assistance. Further Anastasia specialist Mr Venkata chalam is also nice. FINALLY DR SUDHAKAR GARU HAS GIVEN GOOD HOSPITAL AND HOSPITALITY AS ALWAYS AS EARLIER WE HAVE EXPERIENCE FOR US

Doctors are highly skilled and educated, but they lack time management. I don't understand what they have learned about efficiency from their education. They schedule all patients for surgery at the same time, making them wait for 3–4 hours, without considering whether the patient is diabetic, a child, or an elderly person. When we raised this issue with the management, they clearly stated that everything depends on the doctor's availability and outpatient consultations. However, the hospital insists on immediate payment upon arrival—there’s no waiting for that. Patients must pay the full amount upfront, and any excess is refunded later. Yet, while the hospital doesn’t wait for final billing calculations, patients are expected to wait indefinitely until the doctor finishes their personal work and consultations.

Worst... before visiting I read all the reviews and visited ....the reviews are 💯 percent correct We need to spend the whole day for consulting doctor there ...worst worst experience....after test doctor won't available even the staff won't give the proper information....wen doctor comes NXT time to visit no proper info...no procedure for consulting..they are jst going with the things...don't ever visit susila netralaya....small hospitals are better good name of hospital won't provide better services
