Sir was very kind. He explained about the condition and told about the mode of treatment and surgical plan clearly and treated the disease properly. Hospital nurses and management was very good.

Hospitality and nurses are very good. But the account person is very aggressive and she will treat patients people like very low grade and don’t give respect to them. The way of speaking is also very rude. The main thing is they are very money minded persons. While consulting they will say a price for surgery and post surgery they will add TDS and other expenses on patient by saying some silly reasons. And if you going with health insurance they are very greedy to loot your money from your pocket and as well as from insurance coverage. I had a very bad experience with the people in the hospital. Doctor is good but they need to change their mind set to treat people nicely just not only looting money from patients. This kind of nature I haven’t seen anywhere before since I have visited multiple hospitals in Bangalore and Chennai. So please be careful and get all the details from hospital before proceeding with them else they will lock you and made you spend more money from your pockets.
