Staff is very polite and their Service is very good, but compare with Lenskart online prices, offline shop prices are bit high. They did the eye test for free and replaced my old lenses for a nominal fee. I was very impressed with their customer service.

Good 👍 But Offers No a Effective offer's in the store
Customer service is good. Especially Gajendra, he is good and explained about the frames, benefits, offers. Helped me to select the best frame suitable for me.
Very bad service... I asked store employee to clean the spects ...but he replied we can't do that because you ordered from online , actually I am ordered from the store , very rude behaviour from store employee .. ok what if I am really ordered from online , isn't his duty to clean the spects ???? My first purchase from lenskart but feeling very bad
