Aravind Eye Hospital

Waited long time. I asked if the doctor is there and seeing patients. They said yes, but actually he is doing some other personal work. Took me 2h30mins. Went for normal regular eyesight checkup, along with checkup doctor prescribed expensive vitamin tablets (450 rs for 20 capsules) and eye drops 165rs. Never going back here.

This is highly commercial hospital and not even listening 30 seconds by doctor after waiting 2.5 hours. These guys are taking advantage of brand. we went there by Moring at 11:00 AM and stuff didn’t know when doctor comes. We finally got check in at 1:00 PM. Not sure these guys pay taxes properly, because they don’t take card/phonepe easily and they need hard cash.. Taking advantage from rural and village area people because those got referred by town RMP/ town based doctor..

Covid-19 precautions are not at all followed in this hospital for patients and staff behaviour is irresponsible after making the payment. They accept payment only through cash and don't even handover case file to patients. I suggest viewers to prefer alternate options for treatment.

Worst doctor main that Vijayawada doctor, he grabs money. Worst treatment from 1year didn't get sight. Completely get blind. Now I changed my doctor. Staff also very lazy. They didn't response very well.

Worst hospital.... There won't be anyone present to take OP...Covid precautions are not taken... very lazy and irresponsible staff...didn't even consult the doctor after experiencing staffs negligence...Better visit small hospitals which actually care about patients..worst worst worst...don't even deserve 1 star...shameful management and doctor...Best example that private hospitals are only here for business and not for service..

Waste ever went because not taking responsible of patient and total stafff is worest behavior doing time waste of people

Very good doctors. Only problem is with nurses and support staff. Be careful with reports etc. Make sure it's accurate
