Receiving of customer is good and explaining about product is also good, but there is too delay for delivery of product ,I am very much disappointed with there delay.and the glasses were not fitted by titan eyeplus staff ,they have fitted by other shop people,this is not good.

Nice store and very good explanation by Mr.nagaraju whe receiving and showing products is very good and comparing to out side I purchased many glasses but after explaining each and every product by Mr.Nagaraju I purchased honestly saying I came here not to purchase but after explaining the product I have got very great experience.

The quality of service is too good and doing in a professional manner. I was really amazed the way staff are treating the customers . But I found prices were little high and overall the service is excellent.

I am disgusted with the fact that they dont serve customers with no mobile number. They just need a telephone number and they dont care if its not yours. Honestly I had high regards for Tata group companies but in reality they are same as Reliance etc.
