My friend Sri M Veerabhadra RAO from Machilipatnam at his age 76 underwent cataract surgery for both eyes when the stage was at 4. An excellent handling of his case by Dr Neelima with all her experience and empathy for patients Mr Veerabhadra Rao is so so much overwhelmed with joy and gratitude and as a token of his respects to Dr Neelima, the Akira Hospitals and the CEO and staff for all the services rendered he arranged felicitation to Doctors, CEO which is in general a rare occasion in Corporate functioning. We share some pics of felicitation Thanks Akira once again. Review on 8.11.2022 I got my left Eye cataract surgery done at Akira Eye Hospital on 28.10.2022. This time the surgery was done by Dr. RAVICHANDRA GOTTIPATI. Cataract stage was 4. He conducted the surgery with Phaco. Very comfortably the procedure was done. I appreciate the care he took and empathy and concern he showed. Hospital is well equipped with latest technology. Really I have appreciation for the doctors, OT staff, front office staff and technicians working over there. They are so courteous, cool, patient friendly in a hospital like this in corporate sector. The ambience of the Hospital is so pleasing and hygienic. Also I appreciate the CEO who coordinates every step of the hospital service. I am from IOCL and have visited for eye checkup of my wife and my mother in-law at around 6:00PM today after confirmation of availability of doctor. They have started the check up and after 30 minutes they have told to come tommorow again for visit to complete the checkup. While asking the reason for coming again next morning and informing that it will not be possible to visit immediately tommorow and we will visit next available Saturday /Sunday, the receptionist has advised to meet the doctor again. The lady doctor was very rude in explaining the need for 2nd visit and was almost scolding for asking the reason. She was more focused on leaving the office on time, if the doctor could not have sufficient time for check up, she should have informed politely they will not check today. Such a rude behaviour is not acceptable, I was unable to understand initially her rude behaviour due to Telugu language, however , later on I found from my wife . I have earlier 2-3 time Akira eye hospital, the earlier doctor Mr Ravindra sir was polite and I never found any rude behaviour, but this time, the lady doctor was completely rude. I will never prefer to visit Akira Eye hospital again in future although it is just 2 floors below our office.

Recently my mother in law, who is aged about 68 years has undergone through Cataract surgery for her Right eye at this hospital. Dr.Ravi Chandra G has done the procedure. He was very emphatic with her and gave her the confidence to go through the procedure.Really appreciate the care he has taken. All the staff behaved very politely. Hospital ambience was good and equipped with updated technology. We definitely recommend this hospital for others who wants to go through this procedure.

I had cataract surgery to both of my eyes during the pandemic period. Initially I was worried to get operated during this period, but the COVID precautions and hygiene maintained in the hospital were so nicely taken which made my worries out. I was operated by Dr Neelima garu, the Doctor and the staff over there are very polite and have confidence in their work. I got a highly satisfied treatment and I surely recommend this hospital for people who want to undergo cataract or other eye related issues.

The cataract operation was done by Dr.NEELIMA garu. The whole procedure was done very professionally and the staff were very nice and courteous. One of the best eye Hospital.
