I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lenskart. I purchased two pairs of spectacles, and both of them broke within a very short period of use. The frames were clearly of poor quality and could not withstand even normal daily wear. When I reached out to their customer service, I did not receive any helpful resolution. For a brand that markets itself on quality and innovation, this was a huge letdown. I expected much better durability and after-sales support. I would not recommend purchasing spectacles from Lenskart if you're looking for something reliable. Truly a waste of money!

Extremely pathetic and annoying behavior. The salesperson kept harassing me with repeated calls, just to force me to leave a fake review in his name. Even after saying no, he didn’t stop. This is pure harassment and shows how desperate and unprofessional these people are. Such cheap tactics are disgusting and totally unacceptable.
It is very delicate frame i have returned two frames as I noticed very poor delicate frames are selling worst product total three farmers purchased total poor quality I never supported and suggested to other very very bad service from lens kart
