Super Sight Eye Hospital

This eye hospital is on the main road of Akkayyapalem at convenient location, Good Ambience, Well treated by doctor Ramesh and staff, I don't hesitate to recommend this hospital to everyone who needs eye care.

Doctor was very frendly and explained in detail about eye problems and staff also good with their areas and opticals staff was also good and very reasonable prices.

The most worst and pathetic experience I've ever faced.. went for checkup and they POURED some eye drops literally 4 times only to make me sit there for more than an hour with a sticky and irritating feeling in the eye WITHOUT GIVING ANY PROPER INFORMATION.. and just mentioned it'd be a little blurry..ONLY AFTER WE ASKED ABOUT THE BLURRED PART, only then they mentioned that vision would be blurred for 4 hours which was shocking as I had no prior information and just making us wait for more than 1.5 hours.. And the MAJOR PART is it was troublesome to drive and went back to ask what to do about the blurry part, they ask if I have some work now..like dude WTH, I was not able to drive at all and ALMOST CRASHED MY BIKE only because of their ignorance and carelessness.. It's not even been 4 hours now but I took the trouble to write this review, only because of these people I had to cancel all my work and plans.. Just because they don't respect time doesn't mean everybody doesn't respect it... WORST, PATHETIC AND I CAN'T EVEN FIND WORDS TO EXPRESS... Won't recommend to anyone ever.. P.S: After the review, they replied on this review saying as if it was my mistake.. And what's the accountability they're having by not giving proper information and just assuming people would know??? So the treatment is also given by assuming things that people would know?? Then what's the accountability these people are having for not providing prior information?? So if something goes wrong or someone complains about the mistake they've made, would it mean they'd simply say, you should know that?? Comeon guys!. Have some accountability and if there's some mistake, accept it instead of blaming on the patients.. I'D NEVER RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO NOT EVEN TO GO NEAR THIS UNACCOUNTABLE AND ARROGANT PEOPLE AND PLACE! It's not so happy for me to write such a review, but these people's unaccountability and arrogance to not to accept their mistake made me to express

Yes! super sight eye hospital is very good hospital I have seen its very nice and hygienic eye check up Dr B. Ramesh garu very friendly with patients. super sight eye hospital is very better than compare to any other hospital in vizag there is also available optical In the hospital there is reasonable prices opticals good warranty better to go for eye check up super sight eye hospital.😍

Best doctor, we are consulting him from past 7 years.. treatment was too good and kind hearted and very patience in observation and everything.. Genuine caring treatment given all these years to our entire family. We are Thankful to him.

Worst hospitality ever...It's completely a money minded business going on in that place, where the medical store people and the doctor are inter related. I have my own worst experience as being a middle-class families we can't afford the same medicine(Eye drops) written for both mother nd children. The thought is that after completion of 1 drops let's buy another. And yes we applied this middle class family formula and we didn't purchased the same eye drops as we are already having that at home. After using it for a week or so the infection was same as before and then we again visited the doctor. But surprisingly, as soon as we entered the doctors room the medical store lady entered the doctors room and said that she didn't purchased the medicine ( eye drops) which you have written as they already had the medicine at home. And now the original scenario of the doctor emerged out in a very furious words and sent my mother back to buy the medicines. I think this is not the way a doctor should behave as he must know his ethics and culture. So I personally won't recommend this doctor. Guys we are having much more better clinics than this..Pls avoid visiting this hospital

Worst experience that doctor is soo rude person. Profession is not enough you should also learn how to behave with patients he doesn’t deserve 1star also
