Experience at this hospital was good. There are plenty of ophthalmologists here and the staff is also helpful and well-mannered. It's also quite clean and less crowded compared to many other hospitals. Lastly and most importantly , treatment was good and worked well.

Due to lack of proper dedicated car parking, I am giving 2 stars, rest assured for treatment, service, infrastructure, cleanliness and the canteen food it's 5 Star+

Very worst eye care hospital..they asked my father to wait for 40-45 mins after waiting so long they informed us that dr.prashanta saikia has left for OT and advice us to visit again next day..we travel for around 5-6hours which is a long route to travel everyday so we ask them to check the same day which they agreed but the doctor treated my father in a very rude and bad way. I complained the situation in building administrative dept, they told us to wait a while for another doctor but no one came to us and so we left the place. 4 khon wallor bhitorot doctor or ki rude bebohar mur deutak aru bahirot iman mitha kotha baprey. Please avoid this hospital if you really care for your eyes.

Please donot visit here, the service are very bad and poor The doctor here are very unsatisfied and they wait there patients for tooo longer then we think it crossed like3/4 hrs for a simple check up. Kindly don't visit here, nearby this Sight Plus is one of the best service for eye care and treatment and the doctor here are very kind hearted. Kindly don't visit here

Totally unsatisfied! I should have taken the negative reviews seriously. Patients are just another money-making customer for them. I took my father for a cataract surgery and lens. Once the surgery was done, his eyesight got worse. In the follow-up check-up, the doctor hardly cared to speak as though he would be losing money if he did. My father kept asking about his detoriated eyesight or at least to give him prescription glasses to have a clearer visibility. But they totally ignored and shamelessly asked when he wanted to do the surgery for the other eye. Additionally, they recommended an injection that would further cost thousands. This behavior made my father panic. He got anxious and loud, failing to get any proper responses from them. At this of the staff made a lewed comment calling him MENTAL. This is how they treat their patients. There is no clarity of information. This establishment doesn't deserve to be in this respectful profession.

Overall good place for eye related diseases and issues but is very busy and quite expensive.

My father is a glaucoma patient & has been a regular patient of this hospital since the last 5 years. Every 6 months he visits the hospital for his check up. Never have I heard anything bad from him about the hospital. But yesterday (07/06/24) when he went for his check up, I couldn’t digest the fact that such a renowned hospital took so much time for his check up. He reached there at 11am. After waiting for about an hour when no one attended, the front desk personnel after enquired told my parents that they hv shifted the senior citizens part to downstairs. So 1 hour went in vain. After that when the visual field test was done, it was successful only in the 4th time (This test takes almost 30-40 minutes time). Finally the whole checkup was done & they stepped out of the hospital at 6.15p.m. My parents are from Golaghat & are 72 years old. My father who is the patient here is a stroke survivor. He is also a highly diabetic patient. He is one eye blind & has only 50% vision on the other eye. Except water he didn’t had anything the whole time. My only request is can’t the concerned people be a little bit more professional ? Can’t the wait be a little bit less? Hope no one faces this again🙏🏼

The best eye hospital ever, for this even > 5 there should be a rating. I am highly obliged and thankful to all the Doctors in Chandraprabha Eye Hospital, with so much patience and dedication they treat a patient. For my eye checkup, I preferred this eye hospital since first time I went there in class 9 and still today after 12th. All the team and Doctors are so respectful and they take care of their patients, well- trained and highly educated.I have no words to express my views . The hospital is so hygienic and clean. Thanks to all the team and doctors!!😊
