Lenskart.com at City Centre Mall, Guwahati

During my eyesight check, one staff member was consistently using their phone and walking in front of the test screen. Another staff member interrupted to speak with the ophthalmologist who was attending me via video conference. Also I received half prescriptions. The ophthalmologist suggested my use eye drops but I didn’t receive the prescription. Only lens point prescription received.

Very descent and we'll behaved sales personal and taking extra care to suggest best option for glass and frames. Happy to take spectacles from them. On time delivery

Service is very good, staffs are very cordial, very helpful, especially the Optometrist(forgot to ask his name), he knows his job well and delivery is also really good. Full 5 stars 🤩

I order two spectacles and they told me to get it by Saturday, when I went there they gave me only one and told me that it will be delivered by today itself but it's been four days since they told me but till now I haven't received my spectacle and customer care is not good they don't gave me proper information, and I myself have to ask the information about my spect,

My visit to the lenskart city center mall store was awesome. The customer agents there resolved the issue of my broken frame. I would like to shower special thanks to customer agent Mr. Arup Kalita for his stupendous and excellent service.

All the staffs we very welcoming and helpfull. The eye testing was also done very well. Loved the store ☺️👍
