I generally do not write reviews but here I am compelled to. I won't say that the doctor is not knowledgeable but i can bet saying that he is pure businesses minded. My dad was having cataract and went for a consultation and the doc. immediately asked to undergo surgery the day after the next day even though the cataract wasn't developed too much. When we asked for some time (since it's natural for a person to get nervous when it's about eye surgery), he was hesitant and called his staff members and forced us to pay an advanced amount. Anyway, we agreed and paid the advance but the next day my dad caught severe cold and fever and was coughing constantly. When we called the doc. and asked him to reschedule the surgery at first he was reluctant and then rescheduled it two days later and said that he won't reschedule the second time and refused to do the surgery if we couldn't make up that day. My dad was also reluctant to operate both eyes at the same time and wanted a gap of few days because he was scared that what if complications occur but the doc. said that he can't do all those and he would perform surgeries on both the eyes only with a gap of one day. It seems like he is fully focused on money and not about the psychological concerns about his patients. In addition to that their tests are way too expensive than other good eye hospitals in guwahati.

The staff here are useless they don’t know how to talk to a patient . All they can do is scroll through their phone. The doctor he just left his cabin , god knows where he is right now . The staff here is extremely rude . They can’t even take an appointment beforehand , then made us wait for at least 5-6 hrs . when we tried to talk to the receptionist they were unnecessarily rude to us . They even let the patients who came after go to the doctor before us . this place is a total waste of time . pls avoid coming here , it’s for your own good . you will also save some time , since this place is unnecessarily time consuming.

Very pathetic experience. Loots customers in the name of diagnosis and treatment. Please avoid coming here to save your hard earned money.

The receptionists are so rude and annoying. They have no knowledge of our time. They just waste our time by making wait for 4-5 hours. They don't let see the doctor even in emergency and tells to come next day after taking appointment one day before. And today when we took appointment for the morning, our number came at 6.30 in the evening. Also, they let other patients who come late go first sometimes. When I raised the issue why I have been waiting and someone else went earlier, they said doctor wanted to check him first. Such rubbish reception. And they started throwing tantrums , very poor behaviour. Highly disappointed. I am just here for the doctor, else this place has the worst management.

From 10 AM to 4.30 PM waiting for a visit holding the serial no 18, imagine without having any lunch or tea how can one wait. You willnot understand who is going in and coming out the doc's chamber but your turn will not arrive. Better not to visit this place specially the far away patient.

The worst possible experience ever. Go only if you know Dr Dipak bhuyan personally. Otherwise avoid the place. The receptionists are rude and there are 4 of them. There is no order in how the doctor sees patients.for example you might need pupil dilation but they will make you wait for 2 hours and then another 2 hours before the doctor sees you. Also there is only one doctor. When I asked the staff about the time one of them remarked 'the time is between 10 to 5 so you may have to wait. ' as if I am not a patient but an employee. All the 4 women are abusive and are terrible at managing patients. You cannot ask them anything because they get angry and get abusive. Some hospitals run on purely some earlier name and fame achieved by the doctors and after that it's a sinkhole you fall. Moreover they keep on taking patients and make them wait as if eye patients have no other illness. People there are so many places you can go where you will get better service and better doctors too.

One of the good eye centre in guwahati. All types of eye surgery from cataract surgery, glued iol case, pterigium surgeries all are performed here on daily basis. I have attended many of the cases here. The surgeries they performed are highly skilled.
