Himalaya Optical Silchar

As a British national who temporarily came to Silchar, it was refreshing to find fluent English speakers. My first time here at a recommendation and I had a great experience; Subrata is a very friendly and understanding salesperson and fully understood my needs. He was frank with me and no beating around the bush, just straight to the point. I walked in just to have a look but walked out with a pair of photochromic ultra thin Carrera's. They gave me multiple eye exams to ensure the results were correct and not varying in nature, and understood my specific requirements in a new pair of glasses. I am glad I came here. They even went above board with a discount that had to be approved by head office. They have a much larger selection of frames on display than any other opticians I had tried in the area. The various lens coatings and features are fully explained beforehand; contrary to most shops in Silchar, Himalaya does not seem to be out to take your money but actually explain to you the process and differences and allow you to make your own mind up.

Worst place never make or buy any products for here worst employees worst behavior at first they will sugarcoat you with a lot of warranty n grantee but once u bought n use it in between anything happen to ur product by its own coz of worst quality it will be ur mistake n they will blame u for that without providing any solutions n warranty or grantee toh bol he jao 😂😂

The behaviour and guidance is very nice .. they're very friendly and also they provide very good service , highly suggest everyone to visit their store....

It's a wonderful place to buy a wonderful glass. I love the environment and all the staff are so good, also luxury brands are available as far as I know. I really love the lens quality .Free eye test also done here by the professional.
