Worst experience ever in my life....m waiting 4 hrs at waiting room but didn't met Dctr. The lady Optimistic i don't know what ever she is. Everyone time is precious I hope other people will understand. After 4 Hrs Iam looking for another one that is optical zone.

Terrible experience. I took my ailing wife for cataract operation but the doctor made her wait for 4-5 hours. For even a sinple checkup he makes everyone wait for hours. After the operation, I was asked to visit after a week for checkup. At the day of checkup,13th nov,2024 they told us to visit at 3pm, he made us wait for 3-4 hours even when it was prescheduled. When I enquired with the receptionist about how longer I have to wait as I have to catch a bus to Digboi which is 35 km away from the clinic. By then I already waited 2.5 hours. They paid no heed and the receptionist threatened me saying she wouldn't call us in for checkup atall if we keep enquiring. I and my wife are senior citizens. They don't care about patient's well being. Very poor management by the doctor. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit the clinic. There r better alternatives. Kindly protect ur loved ones.

Worst management and staff...wait for 3 to 4 hrs for checkup. Dr. must schedule everything report checking at a time and new patient other timing...

I took my mother for cateract removal....so few pros and cons as per my experience and observation. Pros - 1. Location - excellent location right on the main road near women's college 2. Doctor - experienced and down to earth 3. Fees - very reasonable...350 for consultation 4. Clean and hygienic ambience Cons - 1. Time management - very poor and needs lots of improvement 2. Parking - no parking...need to take valet along or park far from the clinic 3. Staff - needs training on how to handle patients 4. Toilet - outside..unhygienic.....so many patients visits the clinic from tinsukia and outskirts.... but no maintenance and very shoddy...management must look at it needs to keep it clean ensure proper hygiene Conclusion - visit the clinic to receive proper guidance and cure as my mothers operation was successful but do take enough time on hand as you never know when your number would come...take water and light food along specially for outskirts patients

So today i visited doctor bhattacharjie's clinic and my experience there was quite good. A lot of people suggested me to visit his clinic for my eye checkup. Talking about Dr. Bhattacharjie, he's an experienced doctor. He's down to earth and is very friendly too. He did my check up and gave me advice on how I can take care of my eye. I was very impressed by him. Also my mom was talking to few of the people out there,who came for check up, all of them said good stuff about the doctor, few people also went through eye operation in that clinic only and they seem highly satisfied. The only thing that i disliked was the system at the counter. The lady at the counter is totally inexperienced. We are supposed to pay the money to that lady at the counter and then wait for our turn. But i really didn't like the lady, she didn't even know that which number patient has gone inside. Due to all these we had to wait a lot. We first went there at 1Pm registered name and gave the money and went for shopping. Ths lady told us to come within an hour or two. My name was at 15 number. After shopping we reached there again at 2:40 and had to wait till 4 or 4:30 for my turn. Firstly they call you and a lady does some check up kind of stuff and after that again i had to wait to for the doctors check which was at 5pm or so. It took a lot of time. Which is okay but you have to wait a lot. Coming toward the money. The doctor charges 300 which we are supposed to give at the counter. My power was -1.25 and my lens costed Rs400 and frame for Rs. 600( the frame shop is at the clinic only). The doctor also prescribed two medicines. One eye drop and one tablet. Which costs 800. If you want to go to dr. Bhatteacharjie you must Pre book one day before because a lot of people come and you may not get chance the very same day booking. Thank you.

Doctor is quite good but the management is the poorest of all..appointment time taken is 2 PM doctor attends the patient at 5:30 PM and fees is taken well in advance so that patient is stucked there itself. I would suggest keep this as the last option. Worst experience

Dr. Bhattacharjee, you need to improve your management & timings, patients has been forced to wait 5 hours, giving preference to others over patients in queue, you may be good doctor in Tinsukia but other's time also has value. I have seen all by my own eyes and also forced to wait, will never visit your chamber again. Big Thumb down!!!!

You are the worst doctor when it comes to management and nothing is approved without proper management and staffs. A senior citizen is asked to come for consultation at 4 PM and he is seen by the doctor at 7.30 PM. Patients are not shown their queue number and preference are given to known patients by the doctor. This is ridiculous and unacceptable
