The Eye Doctor is very very good. But the girl who is receptionist is very very bad because we pre booked for treatment and we went early morning today but when we asked about our appointment number she didn't give our appointment number. She was letting other people for treatment who came after us, why was this partiality being done. Don't do such partiality with any patient .Today our patient was suffering from eye pain.

Test Dr advise etc all may be considered as very good. But 1 thing is very annoying here. They used to make sit/ wait patients for too longer than usual time. Recently few days ago, I visited here for an biometry test, clearly stated that i just wanted to do the test and enquired about time. They stated I may take about 1 hour. I co-operated and waited till 2 and half hours. Test was done. But report was not given. And they said report will be given by DR and for that i have to wait for more minimum half hours. My patient was from far place, I had all ready informed them about it. Still they were making such stupids shits. If it was not possible in short period, then they must have informed me, I would have visited then some other day having time in hand. This is how bullshits they are doing here. Only their time have importance, patients time didn't have any worth. I hope this post will help someone.

Worst possible service by the staff. Zero management, no professionalism, no point of taking an appointment beforehand. Just because of the doctor who is probably the best in town, people come over to get their eyes checked up. The staff seems careless throughout

I took appointment a day before if there are any available slots, reception said that okay you come at 3:30pm. Again the next day, they themselves called and confirmed if I am coming or not. I said yes I will there at 3:30pm. I went and you say 1 hour there is waiting time. You call this professonalism? I left all my work and came, you have absolutely no respect for someone's time. Dissappointed.
