I had Relex SMILE surgery with dr. Yenny in late February and the result is amazing. I'm in my mid fifties, I've had eyesight problem since teenager, and I have my 100% eyesight back. Hands down to dr. Yenny and the rest of JEC Bali team. Professional yet friendly. Highly recommended.

Definitely won't come back here. Most of all the review here are fake. The staffs are not transparent and the doctor insists to buy products you don't need. Said that I can use my insurance card here but ended up that I have to pay for my eye diagnosis. I just need to get a doctor receipt to buy glasses. Will never be back here. Ever.

My brother had myopia surgery at JEC Bali. The surgery process and service at JEC were very professional.

Disappointing if you don’t speak Indonesian, staff didn’t speak proper English, they rushed trough the hole process. And I passed out while doing an eye examination due to the doctor not listening to what I told him, doing a test on me without giving me eye drops which is usually required before doing this test. After I passed out they just asked me to go outside of the hospital and lay outside I will definitely not go back to this place.

I had a eye that was bothering me I called the clinic and they got me in the same day. Cost was 49.00 dollars. The entire staff was professional and friendly the place was very clean and they could communicate english

The reception and support staff are awesome kind and very helpful doctor oka handayani was very professional and informative every time I visited she did the ICL procedure for me the two week process was flawless. Im happy I choose jec to have my laser surgery with no complications or issues. 🙂 thanks very much guys the professionalism and standard of jec staff is better then in my own country of Australia and best of all I no longer need glasses
