I had conjunctivitis so I went here , outside there's a public sitting room, with the tv on showing news, NXT I went inside the clinic , it was full A.C and everything was clean , there first they checked your eye vision for me it was 6/6 😉, NXT they will do other 2 tests and then you will be told to sit outside for 20-30 mins, NXT you will be called inside again, and the doctor will again check your eye and ask few questions related to it and then will write medicines name. After taking the medicine, I felt much better, all the pain was gone. The medicines are genuinely good with low price 👍. Good place to have your eye checkup.*ALSO TO MENTION* Come here at evening 6-7 pm u won't find it busy.🤙

Positive Comment: Took cataract treatment. Its three weeks only past, treatment looks good. Actual result will come after a month once visibility will be compared with earlier. Negative Comment: 1. Hospitality is below average. 2. Clinic do not have registration no. 3. Clinic DO NOT HAVE Hospital PAN or TAN Before treatment please talk clearly for all original and genuine bills otherwise they avoid to give that after treatment.

Doctor behaviour is rude and arrogant

Very rude staff behaviour. They just take your money and dont even give you proper time to wait. You go there early morning at 7 am, and। they ask you to wait till 5 pm. And if u ask them that u have some work please try to make it till 3 pm atleast.. then they will shout at you and after that they will return your money. Very rude behavior.

This place represents everything thats wrong with Bihar in general. Front desk not doing their job. Doctors treating people differently based on their wealth. Compounders with zero knowledge and no degree assuming they are smarter than doctors. So if you have lived at any place other than Bihar you would find this place repugnant.

Doctor Treatment is worst. Compounder behavior is bad. They are not giving any bill. I went for my grandmother... She is not satisfied with treatment. 1) doctor consultant se pahle one lady will ask you.. A a, B, C and Symbols.. She will write lenses power. Without proper checked. 2. Doctor will call you and he will se you one-two mint. Ek bund 💧 drop dene ke bad bolenge. Stay outside. 3)after one hour again they will call to patent. not checkup properly . 4) bad behavior of compoundrr => strongly I will recommend not go P singhaniya.. In one day 200 patent Dr checkups.

Worst experience ever ☹️ worst staffs, Not even a single patient is satisfied by how they get treated here. Will never suggest anybody to come here if they don't want to get irritated
