Awesome Experience. Geniune Review There was a minor defect in my glass when I visited this place for repair, I was amazed by the hospitality. An expert repaired my glass very well in lieu of money he just said it's absolutely free of cost. It was a really great experience. And the customer service is excellent and the staff are very cooperative.

I visited lenskart store and was disappointed with the behavior of the staff. The staff member I interacted with was unhelpful and displayed an unprofessional attitude, which made my shopping experience unpleasant.

Worst service here I went there for lens replacement the nodded to no .. Even when I asked them to clean my lenskart air specs in UV cleaner they said this is not working... Very ridiculous. Non polite behaviour of the staffs..

One staffs behaviour is friendly but two staff will rudely behaviour one staffs take my phone and without telling me, he can review 5 star after that I am also visit for my goggles frame related issues but he was unable to repair this overall experience was too bad and also in budget segment frams are not available and also cleaning spray was not in stock in this store always. But in Patna Lenskart store one of the best service ever.

Staff are un behaviour .....they are treat very rude or uneducated or egoistic behaviour don't go there you can other Lenskart store for good service
