The staff members are very rude and lack the moral ethics to speak respectfully with customers. When you’re making a brand new purchase, they will enthusiastically guide you, mentioning various offers and benefits. However, when it comes to after-sales service, they pay no attention at all.

The store is desperately understaffed because of which the quality of service is quite pathetic. Plus the only 2 employees present were not attending on a first come first serve basis but instead in order of the loudness of the customer. I had gone with the intention of placing an order there and then but ended up roaming the store for a good 20 mins without being attended to, even though louder customers who came in after me were serviced. Never coming to this store again.

Order : # 1306542993 Order Date: 28/03/2025 I have been trying to contact given helpline number as well as store number for 10 calls but to no avail. chatbot doesn,t chat, it just delivers prefed messages. I placed the above order at sec 35 store and it had 1 with 1 offer, I opted to chose 1 frame as of now, the store guy told me that I can buy another/free frame and glasses anywhere in the country but to my dismay there is no message for the same, nor does it reflect in invoice, nor in my account. How do I get a free second pair from another store as there is nothing that reflects the same. need clarification on the same. Service is good, but poor call center/chatbot . Wil visit store and seek clarification but this becomes an ordeal

Extremely Disappointed with Lenskart Sector 35, Chandigarh I’ve been a regular Lenskart customer, purchasing glasses from various outlets. However, my experience at the Sector 35, Chandigarh showroom was shockingly poor. The staff there were completely unprofessional, lacked basic courtesy, and had no understanding of customer service. When I asked for guidance on frames, the staff member responded rudely and with an unacceptable level of arrogance. I even asked him if Lenskart provided training, and he bluntly said he had undergone a month of training — which, honestly, says more about the quality of training Lenskart provides than about the individual. I realized this isn’t just a one-off issue but a reflection of poor management and training at the company level. Unlike local optical shops, where staff are polite, helpful, and willing to answer questions patiently, the Lenskart team here made the entire experience frustrating. When I mentioned I would share my experience publicly, the employee dismissively told me to “do whatever you want.” That level of arrogance and indifference is unacceptable from any customer-facing brand. Because of this experience (which, by the way, was also echoed by a friend of mine at the same outlet), I’ve decided I will no longer shop at Lenskart and will encourage others to consider local optical stores instead — where professionalism and genuine customer service still exist. Summary: • Untrained, unhelpful staff • Zero communication skills • Arrogant behavior • Terrible customer experience Lenskart needs to seriously re-evaluate its training and staff behavior if it wants to retain loyal customers.
