This is personal experience so kindly acknowledge - 1. OPD is available Monday to Saturday (Do not believe what they write on hording that all day) 2. Washroom is clean. 3. Mostly doctors are young and they can not leave the patient untill they are not satisfied. 4. Small canteen. 5. OPD starts 7 AM in the morning. 6. spectacles shop is available inside the premises 7. Bike parking as per availability 8. Sitting arrangment is fine with cealing fan and cooler

I got my mother's cataract surgery done at Dr shroff charity eye hospital by Dr Rishabh gupta. She had undergone one eye surgery last year and she was so happy with the result that she wanted other eye to be operated by him only. He was very polite and took great care of my mother and the second eye surgery outcome was also perfect. Would Recommend him to everyone

Dear, Dr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your hospital on [3-05-2025]. I had a confirmed appointment scheduled for 11:10 AM, and was instructed to arrive 15 minutes earlier. As advised, I arrived at the hospital at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately, despite my punctuality, I faced several issues that resulted in a highly frustrating and unacceptable experience. The following concerns outline the issues I encountered: Failure to Register My Appointment: Upon my arrival, I was informed that my appointment was not listed in the system, despite having received confirmation for the scheduled time. This lack of proper registration caused confusion and unnecessary delays. Excessive Waiting Time: After the registration issue was discovered, I was left waiting for 3 hours before receiving any initial treatment. While I understand that delays may sometimes occur, such a prolonged wait without any communication or explanation is simply unacceptable. Unreasonable Delay in Seeing the Doctor: After waiting for a total of 7 hours, I finally saw the doctor for my consultation. As a patient, I cannot understand why a confirmed appointment would require me to wait 7 hours for consultation. This level of delay is not only inconvenient but raises concerns about the organization and efficiency of your hospital’s operations. Lack of Action from Management: When I approached Manager Name (Aanas) and Senior Executive Name (Sunil) regarding the delays, both staff members did not take any meaningful action to address the situation. Instead, I was told that I "had to wait because of the rush." This dismissive response without an apology or any efforts to resolve the matter was extremely disappointing. As senior staff members, I would have expected a more proactive and solution-oriented approach, especially given the severity of the delays. This entire experience has left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a patient. The lack of proper management and accountability, particularly from senior staff, is concerning and unacceptable. I respectfully request that this issue be investigated thoroughly. I would appreciate an explanation as to why my appointment was not registered and why I experienced such prolonged delays without clear communication. Additionally, I would like to know what steps will be taken to ensure that such issues are prevented in the future and how my concerns will be addressed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt response and resolution to this complaint.

We recently did LASIK eye surgery for my daughter at Shroff Eye Clinic, Daryaganj. We are extremely pleased with the entire experience. Dr. Abha demonstrated exceptional professionalism, and care throughout the process. Her thorough approach, clear communication ensured a successful operation. A special callout to Siddhartha Madhup, who provided end to end support . He was very helpful, polite and responsive. He helped make the entire journey — from consultation to post-operative care and claim documentation — seamless and well-coordinated. Our thanks to Dr. Abha, Siddhartha, and the entire team at Shroff Eye Clinic. We highly recommend their services to anyone considering LASIK surgery in NCR region.

I had my family member operated for cataract at Dr Shroff Charity Eye Hospital. From counselling for the lens to the surgery was a great experience. The surgeon and support staff are very experienced and caring. Highly recommended for eye treatment.

Excellent patient care for every section of society at affordable cost. All staffs are soft spoken and dedicated towards patient care.

Extremely disappointing experience, especially considering we spent ₹1,07,200 for my mother’s left eye surgeries. We expected professional, top-quality care—but what we got was a nightmare. 1. Shocking negligence – During the first surgery, the equipment stopped working mid-procedure. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious questions about the hospital’s preparedness. 2. Post-surgery consultations are a joke – Long, disorganized waits with little value. Patients are made to wait endlessly with no proper system in place. 3. Rude and insensitive staff – The reception staff in the retina department are unprofessional and show no empathy, especially toward senior citizens and outstation patients like us. 4. Broken appointment system – Booking appointments over the phone is frustrating and unreliable. 5. Overcrowded and uncomfortable waiting area – Poor infrastructure that doesn’t match the number of patients they cram in daily. This is not the standard of care you expect from a hospital charging premium prices. We regret choosing this place and would strongly advise others to think twice before coming here. Definitely not worth the money or the trauma.
