Worst experience at a clinic. The staff is so unhelpful and the doctors have an unnecessary attitude also extremely unhelpful.

We had a very bad experience. The Doctors are very rude. They had given a wrong number for eye testing. And when we tried to contact them again the doctor started shouting on us. We had politely asked them to verify again but the rigorously refused. I think they should shut down their clinic and retire.

Shocking experience at Kiran Eye Care Centre. It's not worth it at all in the Covid times, especially. Niether did the receptionist was wearing a mask nor did any norm of social distancing were being followed. What was even more shocking was that the doctor herself was not wearing any PPE, not even gloves. She was only wearing mask and that's about it. Touching equipments, machines etc. There was no temperature checking machine, which is like a norm at almost each and every place that you visit. Horrific to say the least. Being a senior and such an experienced professional it wasn't expected at all. To top it all the behaviour was also so unpleasant and uncalled for, that we decided not to go ahead with the consulatation. Had to argue to get our slip cancelled and get the money back as we did not feel comfortable at all getting a check up done of our family member. And we also told that it was not her that had called us over for a consultation. Aviod this clinic, at any cost. Visit only if you must🙏

First of all I need to appreciate the doctor for his excellent behaviour.... It took 10 min for eye checkup for me and the doctor is very friendly...He explained the issue in good manner I can say he is THE BEST DOCTOR.... Because I'm from andhrapradesh, i thought will they treat me good or not?? But on contrary the staff and the doctor are the best 😊...

unsatisfactory experience , had to go to other eye clinic as doctor seem to lost in his world. Rather than solving patients concerns they were busy in asking cross question. Disrespectful and showed no courtesy.

Poor experience ... place is not hygienic doctor is ignorant to patient's queries. No sanitation and cleaning is done. Would not recommend this clinic for eye check up.

Great Centre for Eye Care. It helped me a lot in improving my eye sight. Proper medicines and supplements are also suggested for the eye
