Good experience with Dr Sadhna Verma, courteous staff, very transparent while suggesting treatment.

"I am giving 1 star because a staff member asked for my phone, and I handed it to her. She then used my account to rate the service 5 stars without my permission. I found out when I checked the rating history in my web browser.

I would have given them 0 start if there is any option on Google, I don't know how come they have got this rating on Google. Such a pathetic clinic, I have never seen in my life. I went their by looking the ratings on Google and it was near to my home. Firstly they care about only money, they will charge you instantly once you visit and then they start ignoring. Entire staff was very unprofessional including that doctor who even did not intervene. Lady staff was so unprofessional that they were not paying attention to patients , I had to wait two hours to get the eye test done and later they came and told me that machine is not working and test can not be done. Lady handed me refund without any empathy, it was like that they are doing a favour on me This is the first time when I am waiting my time to give a feedback to this unprofessional clinic. I would suggest everyone to not to visit here till they change their staff your teach some manners to their staff There is no senior available in office to who you can escalate your concerns. Overall I will give them ratings in minus
