Pathetic... cataract er operation k bhul kore... they made a mistake to fix a lens correctly... how insincere these doctors are becoming.... moreover they dont have time to check the patients on time... patients are made to wait for hours and then they say sorry... we made a mistake... cataract operation jara thik kore kortey parena... they expect such easy forgiveness... they make old people walk the stairs... 5 flights while having lifts... how inhuman... surely are you guys serious about your work? Are your morals still working? How do u face urself making blunders yet not taking responsibilities.... Please people wake up to ur jobs... u are considered a next to God kind... its difficult to live to such expectations... but atleast be sincene doing easy daily routine operations right... absolutely heart breaking...

They have such a bad worker. Broke my frame which I took there to get it fixed, and denied any compensation. Unskilled people at work. Bad attitude of owners.
