Worst hospital ever staff & doctor they don't have manners how to talk with patients. there is no parking in hospital, Delhi govt please look forward.

Very good hospital for eye care. Almost all tests and specialists are available in the hospital. Center is equipped with all the latest technology equipment and machines. Ramp and lift facilities are also available at all places for disabled persons, but due to crowd patients and their attendant had to wait in queues.

Recently, I visited Guru Nanak Eye Center for my uncle's eye checkup. Initially, we were disappointed that the ECG checkup was done at Lok Nayak Hospital, and the process was very time-consuming. After more than 2 months of continuous checkups and appointments, my uncle's operation was finally done. He is now very happy with the successful operation. The lens, which costs 10k, was provided for free, making all the effort worth it. Overall, despite the delays, the outcome was excellent.

Worst place to go. Staff behavior is the worst. You will get confused all the time, no one helps you and they don't even get your tests done the same day you deposit your card. They say if they get time, then they'll do it or else come another day. Everyone is shouting at patients even senior citizens who genuinely feel helpless and ask for help. Really bad!!!! Basically everyone is fighting with everyone here.

Worst experience the doctor and the staff don't have the manner to talk. They treat pateint so badly the doctor who's doing the laser treatment they are like a animal who don't know how to behave even though animals also good as compared to them. I am requesting you guys don't tolerate any type of miss behave because you want your treatment to be done. Because these type of doctor don't deserve to be an doctor. Raise your voice against such type of doctor.

Admission counter is worst (Room no. 34). The lady doesn't work appropriately. Busy on call all the time and moving here and there. Patients are just waiting in long queue. Worst Experience.

All serving staff are very arrogant, misbehaving in nature. Doctors, nurse and other staff act like hooligan.They behave very badly with patients.

Not good for eye 👁️👀 check up. This hospital 🏥 is not helpful for simple eye power or something related to this. I go to check my 👀 power and final result of my eye power will give after two months. I hope government should give attention on this. The solution of eye test result should be give within day not after two months.
