Lenskart.com at Nangloi JAT, New Delhi

I got these frames when I was in India last month. It's just been over a month and the frames are broken. Now I am back in Canada and I can't call customer support since lenskart website or app doesnot have any chat feature.

Wants to get looted come at lenskart nangloi showroom they convinced me and took my old specs and first told that you can buy any computer glass then I had a budget of 600 I chose one and at last time of billing they said we can't apply coupon for this glass price , acc to policy they should have tell us first and now completely denied to return my old glasses , old specs also gone and 417 coupon too , 😔😕
