Lenskart.com at Sector 12, Dwarka

Lenskart is a great place to get your glasses made. Just got 2 specks made. Really good frames and variety to choose from. They also give you good deals too. The staff is also very humble, polite and well qualified in their job. Well done team 💯 👍👍👍

This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this store, but this time was the worst. The staff here have absolutely no sense of customer service. When I walked in, there were 5-6 employees, all standing around chatting with each other as if they had nothing better to do. I spent 5-6 minutes looking at eyeglasses by myself, expecting at least one of them to do their job, but no one even bothered to acknowledge me. It’s clear that customers don’t matter here. I’ve dealt with poor service before, but this was unacceptable. This store seriously needs better management and staff training.

I went to the store to get a new pair of glasses made. The staff was extremely disinterested in showing me what's available and what's not. She just pointed towards the frames and asked me to choose one while standing with a frown on her face. Not interested in informing me about what kind of offers, frames, lenses are available. I eventually told them I'll order online and left the shop. You can't keep a customer solely on price. You need to respect them too.

Though very old customer of Lenskart shankar Road , store , Rajinder Nagar , New Delhi . Went to Sector 12, Dwarka Store yesterday , had worst experience though not a single customer was there , staff ill trained , Store in charge appears to be least interested to see how customers are handled . waisted my time , will never visit again .

It was a good experience. But they did not provide the liquid cleaner even with a 2 year gold membership which is strange for company of such stature

Had an excellent experience with your showroom in sector-12, Dwarka. Had my frame broken, however, the amount of ease at which my frame is replaced was incredible. Really had the best experience of late. Kudos to all the staff of Sector-12 showroom. Hope, you should continue to maintain the same level in future also.

My experience is not gud ,I buy two pair spects of 16000.when I go to take my spects .they said they don’t have bag..when I ask how can we take it then they gave me one poly bag

My order has been delayed indefinitely that too without any updates. Invoice delivered with wrong name. Customer care too couldn’t help citing invoice is computer generated. Executive at the store is clueless, I paid ₹35000 to Lenskart for such pathetic service. My complete order is yet to be delivered.
