Unprofessional people sitting there spoiling lenskart name, i was there with my son for glasses, they eye test for the power and gave us the prescription mentioning -power in one eye, but due to delivery time we prefer to go to another shop and by believing them we gave that prescription for making the glasses but to our surprise one eye number was totally opposite (Instead of + they mentioned -) and we spent double amount and wasted 3-4 days for that one stupid mistake. I will not recommend anyone to visit this outlet because they are not professional.

This is my second time, I am visiting this store, great staff and positive team, they take care like family and assist the best.

It was a good experience going to Lenskart, we were attended very nicely. We were shown all the frames and glasses and explained about them clearly by Mr Anand. He was quite patient and elaborated all the aspects of the lens and the frame. He made us well aware about the discount and scheme is going on and provided us the best offer available at that time which made our buying process, easy and likeable.

The manager there has a wonderful nature.He handles each and every customer patient and what they want

Excellent customer service. My spec. Purchase experience was above expectations. The behaviour of the executive was good and so was the store location which was easily feasible.

Mr. Sagar, the Store Manager, is engaging in unethical practices. I purchased four units of Fog Resist Cleaner, priced at ₹596, but he asked me to pay ₹606. When I questioned the discrepancy, he claimed the extra amount was for a carry bag. However, I neither requested a carry bag nor gave my consent for it. This is a highly unprofessional practice. Moreover, his rude and dismissive attitude is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. Such behavior reflects poorly on the store and the sales team.

If any customers one glass is broken after some times pls change one glass instead of both glass change , it will be great and for all your customers benifit . Very cooperative staff in sec-15 rohini .
