Worst Experience ever from this store. They were not having a carry bag in the store. The photo I have attached this is how they given the box. Earlier they did not gave the plastic bag also. When I asked them they said We have ordered to the company. I told them this you should have done it before telling me because everyday you must be selling your products and the girl in store said. Apko ek female se aise RUDE BAAT NAHI KARNI CHAHIYE. I don't understand one thing who said her to come in between and speak to me I was talking to other employee.

None of the staff members are motivated to provide any after sales service. Despite going to the store multiple times to get a simple manufacturing defect fixed , no effective resolution was offered. Never buying a lenskart product again.
