As a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Six days ago, I ordered spectacles, and upon collection today, received the incorrect pair. My request for a refund was met with apparent confusion and a lack of resolution.

Awesome experience throughout the shopping as the store person is very humble and kind they suggested a lot as per my choices and the rates are also reasonable.
