My On-Visit experience was good. But I called the store regarding a query related to a sunglass but they didn't pick it I called 3 times on different days but the same no answer. And I tried to call a different store regarding the same but they didn't pick it up as well. So my overall experience was that if you visit the store you'll get excellent service but they need to improve their online(call, msg) service.

Worst service dont every buy glasses from lenskart They give you uncomfortable glasses and when you ask them to get it fixed They tell you if we fix it and it breaks then its on you So you option between using your glasses uncomfortably or lenskart if they break it while fixing its on you.

It's a nice place to purchase eye glasses from there. I bought 2 anti glare eyes glasses in 2000/- only. You can get 2 different power glasses from there as well. They will give you the best offer discount. Staff is also supportable.
