MEHRA EYETECH PRIVATE LIMITED is an authorised agent of Topcon Ophthalmic equipment but very very poor in providing service. A service request was lodged for cleaning of Optical Lenses of Topcon Slit lamp. Nearly 2 months have passed but still service is not done. One engineer came from Mehra Eye Tech expressed that He can do it but not sure weather he will be able to reassemble it. After 10 days another engineer came and said some special instrument is needed and he will bring that . 2 weeks passed and than their chief Mr Raj Mishra tel. came that he will visit after 3 weeks. 5 weeks have passed but Raj Mishra did not come. Mr Alok Kaushik , CEO of Mehra Eye Tech informed but no response. Thank God the slit lamp is in excellent working condition otherwise their unability to provide service might have forced me to buy a new slit lamp but this time definitely not a topcon product Dr. Rana
