Poor staff .. the guy who make pateint read the BOARD is I'll mannered he don't know how to speak with elders .. he just to gossips with the girls who work there. Also gave me wrong eye number.. im mature enough that why I didn't speak him anything.. unless I could have scolded him a lot . Uneducated staff kindly change him . Poor Illmannered mannered guy

This has been a more than wonderful experience I have ever experience very clean very professional staff specially Anchal and Neha they were the best polite specially being knowing that mine was a discounted test still no partiality was done I was given proper care proper attention I am a recommended very highly among all others in West Delhi thanks

Testing your eye is fine here like any other doctor. Don't go for an eye operation in this hospital specially for eye squint. Assurance provided by Dr. Ravi and operation done was a complete failure and no justice post that. I was asked for payment in cash so no legal action could be taken later. Moreover, the doctor didn't accept his mistake and kept saying that it will improve with time. Nothing happened even after 10 years and the eye became worst after his treatment. Eye is sensitive and should be treated with care but not in such money making hospitals/ clinincs. Should change the name to Best Thuggs in West Delhi.

Any kind of eye consultancy from routine check ups to complex surgeries can be done here with utmost trust. Would like to recommend everyone.
