Sharp Sight Eye Hospital, Shahdara

This is a very good hospital here. It takes 2-2.30 hours because the doctors treat the patient very carefully. In my opinion, this is the best hospital in this area. Thank you.

I recently took my mother to Sharp Eye Center in Shahdara for her eye treatment, and I must say, it was a great experience. The doctors and staff are professional, skilled, and very accommodating. From the moment we arrived, we felt well cared for. A special mention goes to Ms. Insha Mansoorii, who truly stood out. She was incredibly calm, supportive, and guided us through the entire process with ease. Her extensive knowledge and confident approach reassured us about the treatment, making the whole experience stress-free.

The receptionist at 2nd floor is very. Very rude.he always makes silly mistakes and then blame patient for that. He doesn't accept his own mistakes. He is very careless . If I have the option to give more worse review than 1 I will give that one .😡😡

The staff is highly uncooperative, displaying rude behavior and using an unpleasant tone when interacting with patients. Patients are often made to wait for hours unnecessarily, even when the doctor is available. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place. I will not be returning.

I had a terrible experience at SharpSight Centre and would strongly advise against visiting them. The doctor gave me the wrong prescription for my glasses, and I only realized it after purchasing expensive lenses based on their faulty number. When I went back to report the issue, they completely ignored my complaint and started ghosting me instead of taking responsibility. To confirm whether the mistake was mine or theirs, I got my eyes checked again at Centre for Sight and multiple other reputed hospitals, and all of them gave me the same correct prescription—which proves that SharpSight’s prescription was completely wrong. On top of that, the doctor was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, they were dismissive and behaved poorly. I have now wasted both my money and time, and the entire experience has been frustrating. If you value good service and accuracy in your eye care, I do not recommend this place at all.

I am giving one star because to post a review I have to give atleast one star otherwise I will not be giving any star. Earlier I liked the place for eye testing. But now they have lowered their standards and procedure. Not recommended at all. Atleast not this "Shahdara" branch of Sharp Sight Eye Hospital. Staff asks for the review before the completion of the whole procedure. Doctors only advise for the surgery to make money I guess. They don't have earlier records of the patients. They keep saying that we have changed our software recently due to which we lost the record. Disappointing. Last visit of mine to this branch.

My father cataract surgery was done in this hospital.All staff and Doctors are good nd well behaved. Special thanks for claim process. I highly recommend this hospital to all.

Doctors names Mr. chirag Gupta not capable to treat the issues, they threatened to my mother that her eyes can't recover & she can't see in future but next day when I visited to center for sight, Doctor handled much patiently & done surgery for both eyes & my mother feeling very good.
