I frequently visit the doctor, and so do my family members and some of my friends. We are all patients of hers and have always been satisfied with the treatment. Each time we visit, we experience relief right away and rarely need follow-up appointments.

I had an eye surgery here 10 days back. Believe me I have not seen such a genuine and caring doctor before. I must thank the Doctor and all others at the clinic to help me before, during and after the surgery. I recommend Shree Netram from my heart. 🙏

This clinic has a nice ambiance ,good staff and a great Doctor . I had visited this clinic last week for an eye checkup of my wife , my father and my 9 year old son . Dr. Alaka is an experienced eye surgeon and this reflects in her approach while treating patients. We are very satisfied with the proposed line of treatment and I would highly recommend her to any one seeking for eye care treatment in Delhi .

Got my mother's cataract. Less fee, great care! Highly recommend! Much better than big eye hospitals where u end up wasting too much time and money. And the doctors there don't really care that much.

I recently visited Shree. Netram's eye clinic and had a bad experience. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait 1.5 hours, making the appointment system pointless—it's essentially walk-in only. The staff at reception insisted on cash payments and discouraged UPI payments (no card accepted) and did not provide an invoice. She also pushed for cash transactions for the medicines, without giving any bills. The prescribed eye drops were expensive, and she didn't mention the generic names, encouraging me to buy them from her clinic only, as they’re hard to find elsewhere. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Update : Payment Issues: The reception staff at the clinic discouraged UPI payments and insisted on cash. Credit cards were not accepted. Lack of Receipt: No receipt was provided for the services or products purchased. Unreadable Prescription: The prescription provided was impossible to read, even for the pharmacist. This limited my options for obtaining medication. Missing Medication Receipts: Despite requesting at reception, I did not receive receipts for the purchased medications. Check CCTV and let me know if any of the above facts are incorrect

Amazing experience with Doctor. She gives all attention to patients and very caring. My 5 yrs kid is fine now after her medication within 2 months earlier he used to rub his eyes too often every 2 months. The clinic has all modern equipments to diagnose. We visited many doctors in past but thanks to our family friend who refered us to Dr Alka and now my kid is ok since more than 1.5yrs. I am more than happy and recommend anyone who has some eye issue to visit her.

Hello . My brother and mother was having lot or irritation as some infection had developed is his eye. Dr Alaka with her great experience was able to get to root cause of the issue and was able to address the issue with great efficacy. Within a day my husband got 80% relief and in next few days I am sure he will be perfectly fine.

Oct. 19/ 2020 was my first visit to Dr Alaka's Shree Netram eye clinic, sector 17, Dwarka. I had redness on my eye due to dryness & other factors. Dr.Alaka with her friendly approach made me feel very much comfortable. She asked me questions to understand my work schedule & history very patiently and then did the complete examination. I could feel her experience in her treatment. Charges are very much reasonable and affordable compared to other eye clinics. Planning to take my son for his treatment The Clinic is clean, hygienic & safe. Highly recommend Dr.Alaka & her clinic for all kinds of eye related problem. Overall great experience!
