We went for an eye surgery (cataract) for my mother, from evaluation of the eye to the final step, completion of the surgery, Dr Manvi Aggarwal along with her complete staff was very polite and professional towards their work. They explained pre and post surgery queries and patiently listened to our questions as well. They took the ownership and sense of commitment was seen in their work culture. Even after the surgery was completed, the next day, my mother was taken care with lot of politeness and sincerity, from the removal of the bandage to explaining each and every precaution that needs to be taken for the betterment of the eye.
