Poor explanation by the team. Picked up wrong type of glass (lens) . Regret buying from Avanti. Update - 14/3/25 email done through official channel. Waiting for the response. 27/3/25- 5 starts for the response and immediate intervention. It a pure misunderstanding, they replaced my glass, thanks avanti team for excellent handling of customers problems.

Horrible experience Once they collect their money in full from you, don't hope for help, they will not care.. my total recent order was more than 15,000 Drh , 6 New pairs ( I brought them my new frames to install Zeiss Lenses ), 4 are OK , but 2 I can't see through them because of their mistake in manufacturing or measurements obviously, but no one care..They say..all is fine on their end, ..!! Why would I complaint about 2 out of 6 pairs they made me ?? If I can see well, I will be happy..but they shrugged me off like I am just annoying them !! I am a Doctor myself and I love the other 4 pairs they made me and the sales service, but this wipe off all impressions and put me at a loss of what to do !!! Would Al Jaber Optical or Zeiss accept this as ethical code of conduct with customers ? Isn't there a consumer protection authority that someone can guide me to ? Can they do this ? in Dubai ? 25 / Oct / 2024 Based on their computer generated response to write them with details and my contact info , I did , so far no response, I will keep updating this review periodically accordingly for the benefit of all.

What a wonderful team, I made an appointment to have an eye test. It was highly professional carried out by a charming and informative Doctor Selasbil who found out the glasses I had made in the UK had the wrong lenses! She kindly took me through the process of getting new lenses and choosing a suitable frame. I could not recommend the eye test or purchasing of glasses highly enough. A great experience!!
