This optical shop in al Ghurair is not like the usual optical where they push you to buy eyeglasses even if there is nothing wrong with your eye. I have been using eyeglasses for the past 13 years. I gone there when i saw the attracting prices of their glasses while i was passing that way. The sale staff Urita and Carmen explained me their products and offers very well and helped me to chose a right frame which suits my face. i Have never felt choosing a eye glass this much easy in my life. I done my eye test after that . Doctor Maria explained very clearly and professionally what is the condition of my eye and prescribed the right lenses for me.I got my eyeglasses and those are the perfect glasses i ever had. I have visited Eyewa store today to get change my the lenses of my frame. Abras was the staff who assisted me. Both Abras and the Store in charge were very friendly and accommodating. As I have observed all customers left the store with smile. When Abras approached he asked for what I need and the he explained to me all the details needed then we went to lab to have my eye test he was very professional and explained to me every step. Then I have the tele-consultation with the doctor. This was my first experience and I was happy with the result. Even the doctor was not there but all the details has explained properly. It was a brilliant idea to have tele-consultation its very innovative. Abras explained to me the all the type of lenses and even show the me the different types of transition lenses physically. Kudos to Eyewa management.
