Your reply shows that You dont even recognise your patients. A big disappointing procedure that left me with the need to wear astigmatism and reading glasses ,both I didn't need before. I visited the clinic last year and had the cataracts procedure done in May 2024 for both eyes. Unfortunately after almost 10 months I can not read or see properly. after checking with other doctors I was surprised to know that the lenses used for me were designed for people with astigmatism, which was not my case, and this is why I have to wear glasses now on regular bases for driving and for reading which I did not need prior to the procedure. Based on my experience I wish there was less than one star in the rating to give. I am so disappointed and frustrated with the attitude and the treatment in the clinic.
