My sister gave birth on May 9th at Emirates Hospital in Healthcare city, and we had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent and the staff were kind and supportive. A special thanks to the duty manager, Charlotte, who was incredibly sweet and helpful. She made sure everything went smoothly and supported us throughout our time at the hospital. We’re really grateful for the care we received🤍

I just want to say big thank you to Fatima of Dermatology department. She is always welcoming, polite, and professional. She handles patients with such warmth and efficiency, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Her friendly demeanor creates a positive first impression, and she’s always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Whether it’s helping with appointments or answering my questions, she goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. She truly represents the department with excellence. It’s always a pleasure to see her in the reception.

I visit this hospital for all my dermatology requirements and can say confidently that Dr. Sandra Takla and her team are the best I have met in town. The way they deal with patients is with utmost care, knowledge and professionalism which I fail to get elsewhere. 100% a most recommended hospital in Dubai for all your skin and hair issues. Amazing service from Jeremy and Klarence at the physiotherapy reception. Always super helpful, friendly and very welcoming! Also, big thanks to Dr. Asma who is an amazing therapist, i came with lots of migraines and thanks to her sessions, they magically disappeared! And she is such a kind and full-hearted person. Always following up with my situation and genuinely concern about the pain management. Love to meet them all at every visit. We can't say enough good things about our experience with Dr. [ISRAA MOUHEN] GYNECOLOGY-ESH IN ESH . From the moment we met her, we felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. She took the time to listen to all of our concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were comfortable with every step of my wife care. I found the doctors very nice but the administration, pharmacy, lab and nurse’s care towards patients is very casual. They casually forget to update the system with prescriptions, not sure what tests was included by the doctor, the blood sampling chair I found it unclean or it could be worn out (the part where you rest your hands). You can not be in peace and assured that the system is reliable, you need to check through every step to make sure you are getting the relevant test, insurance approval, medication as explained by the doctor.
