Review for VIVA PHARMACY (AL MUSYAF PHARMACY) - حتا** I had a very disappointing experience with VIVA Pharmacy. I called at 8:30 AM to order medicine for an allergy and was assured that it would be delivered by 10 AM. I waited patiently until 10:30 AM, but no delivery arrived. When I called back to check on the status, I was informed that the driver was off that day and they couldn't deliver my order. This is extremely unprofessional. It's essential for pharmacies to communicate such issues to their customers, especially when it involves health and emergencies. If I had known there would be a delivery issue, I could have arranged to get my medicine from another pharmacy. This lack of communication and service is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this pharmacy based on my experience.
