Opti store with amazing good collection from most well known designer brands and Turkish manufacturers. Haydar and his team were of great help and very courteous. Had a great experience at the shop while helping my dad choose new glasses. We were really well taken care of- excellent customer service, attention to detail, and genuine care for the customer. Mohammed was especially helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this place!

I have to recommend Trivision Opticals in Dubai Hills Mall, not only because of a great selection and offers they have but also for their hospitality and enormous patience 😊 Ms. Ivy did her best to help me find my sunglasses and was really helpful and engaged into the conversation with me until we chose the one I truly loved the most..highly recommend!

Terrible quality! Rude! All the brands in this store are cheap Chinese fakes. Please do not be fooled by names like Dior, Gucci, etc. — none of it is real. These are fake glasses passed off as authentic, but they are all extremely low quality. Here’s my situation: I bought a pair of glasses for 2,000 AED. Just two weeks later, they started breaking on the side. I went back to the store and asked them to either replace the glasses or give me a refund. They assured me they would order a new frame and transfer my lenses into it, promising it would be ready in 1-2 weeks. I came back after 1-2 weeks, but the frame had not arrived. They kept telling me to wait for another 2 weeks, and this continued for three months! I kept visiting the store and waiting for the new frame. Finally, after a big argument, the owner told me that if the frame didn’t arrive in two weeks, I could choose any glasses as a gift from their store. While on vacation, the glasses completely broke because of their awful quality. I had to throw them away and buy new ones. When I returned to Dubai, I went back to the store. By this point, it had been six months since my initial complaint, and they still hadn’t received the new frame. I asked them to resolve the situation—Instead, they accused me of lying, saying I had lost the glasses and was trying to scam them. The owner was rude, unprofessional, and refused to help me in any way. This is unacceptable, especially for a store in Dubai. They are selling counterfeit products under the guise of real luxury brands, their customer service is horrendous, and the quality of their items is appalling. I urge everyone to avoid this store. Tourists and residents deserve better than being scammed like this. Shame on this business for tarnishing Dubai’s reputation with fake products and disgraceful customer service!

Wonderful experience from the minute we went in till we left. Ivy was very helpful and knowledgeable! After going around to several other stores she knew right away what i was looking for. Thank you! Gotta mention that the store also always has discounts!

Had an amazing experience with them, great collection and great prices. Bought sunglasses when they were running a promotion had to return the piece, because I changed the mind. From the staff during the first purchase to when I made the exchange were very supportive and even helped with the refund. Definitely recommending the place to ithers

Worst customer service , shame to have such rude customer service operating in Dubai hills mall by Emaar . After been repetitive customer I was subject to abuse , after dropping Cucci eye glasses to be adjusted as per my medical power, the called Dr. Morad wanted to give further explanation for my measurements in which he was trying to upsell me and increase the price, I said I have no time- then I got call from Mohamed telling me that the charges are 900 AED , which is 3 times of initial charges. Today I collected my back my eye glasses, and regret been customer for such grocery.
