I’m writing to bring to your immediate attention a serious issue I experienced at your Dubai Hills Mall branch. During my recent order, I was approached and convinced to purchase lenses from your staff. However, I later discovered that the lenses I paid for are no longer being manufactured or available in your warehouse. Despite this, I was charged for the product, which I believe constitutes dishonest sales practice. I find this unacceptable and deeply disappointing, as it reflects poorly on your brand’s integrity and customer service standards. I request that you thoroughly investigate this matter and provide a suitable resolution promptly. I expect a full refund or an appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. Please treat this matter with urgency. I trust that the management will take the necessary actions to ensure such incidents do not occur again. Thank you for your immediate attention. I'm happy with the new glasses. I can read clearly without straining and most importantly there are no reflections on them while using my computer. Visique is amazing! First, I found the most beautiful Prada sunglasses there - top quality and super luxurious. Then, when I needed glasses with a prescription, they assisted me professionally. Now I have beautiful Bvlgari frames that are comfy too. The staff is super friendly and helped a lot with the measurements. Highly recommend for anyone needing glasses!
