I had some incident small dust pieces come into my eyes and I was so in pain and suffering, washing my eyes and dropping eye drops doesn’t helped me. Then from Google I found this eye’s clinic. As soon as I entered the Sharif the reception team was welcomed me nicely I was so worried and sad about my eyes. But doctor Nermeen is so professional as soon as I came treatment room she examined my eyes and she did correct medication. and she made me calm by talk and relieved me there is nothing to scare. She is best doctor I witnessed in Dubai. And I was also so scared about the price because I don’t have any health insurance. I can say that I got professional treatment and care with very reasonable prices thank you Sharif Team

The center treated me with a beautiful and classy manner from the first day of opening the file until the post-operation follow-ups. I am thankful that even on the day of the procedure, they made the brief time during the operation light on me because the doctor kept talking to me the whole time. Even the second doctor, whom I had weekly consultations with, was extremely polite, cooperative, respectful, and elegant. I will never forget the receptionists and nurses who played a significant role in my comfort before and after the procedure; they are the cornerstone of the center's strength and influence. They are not just a medical team but also our friends.

I have never visited or been a patient at Sharif Eye Center, but I have been under the care of Dr. Nermeen Refaat Ayad. Here is my original review of my experience with her: In March 2003, two months before my 17th birthday, I had LASIK surgery and all was well until a few years ago when I developed astigmatism, and my vision started getting blurry. I researched redoing the surgery a second time and encountered mixed reviews, that was until I got referred to Dr. Nermeen Refaat Ayad. She took the time to explain different approaches, the pros and cons of each approach, and why we should go with one approach versus the other. I'm not here to comment on her surgical skills, which are top-notch; I'm here to comment on her bedside manners. Anyone that knows me knows I tend to have anxiety, and anything that comes near my eyes freaks me out. Dr. Nermeen took the time to talk to me, calm me down. She is a great human being before being a great physician and surgeon. I highly recommend her no matter where you live; if you need work done on your eyes, she is your destination. Regardless of the location, any center fortunate enough to have Dr. Nermeen as part of their team undoubtedly deserves a five-star
