He explained everything in detail, how to put it, what measures should be taken before, and after wearing it. He even gave me a free trial. I’m so happy with their service. Excellent service! We came in the morning to check eyesight and place an order for glasses- we have received them immediately same day at 7 pm. Super fast and very professional! Highly Recommended!

So Im editing my review last week. After writing my previous feedback, I received a call from the clinic advising me to come and visit them even without my invoice. So I went. They checked and took my eyeglasses for further checking in their lab. After 2 days, I got my new/fixed eyeglasses. Thanks so much. Im more comfortable with this one! im happy with the customer service prior to sales. and the price is really good. However, at the end of the day, what matters most is the product. So I'm not happy, in short! I've been using the reading/ progressive eyeglass for 2 weeks and I feel that my last one is more effective. I can hardly read with the one they installed. I miaolqced my receipts but I wish to return and have this fixed!:(
