Excellent doctor and nurses. Very seasoned and experienced. Dr irfan khan has an arcade game called mortal kombat which made it more fun for the kids. Highly recommended if anybody wants honest and sensible opinion about their respective medical needs.

I had a terrible experience with visited with my 5-year-old child for their first pair of glasses, trusting them to provide an accurate prescription. Unfortunately, they gave us the wrong prescription, rendering the two pairs of glasses we purchased completely useless. I called and emailed twice to seek an explanation, but my concerns were ignored. There was no respect for my follow-up attempts, and they showed no accountability for their mistake. This was a crucial experience for my child, as it was their first time wearing glasses, and it has left us frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I did my Lasik Operation with Dr Ismaeil Arbabi and everything was perfect from the beginning till the end. Staff are amazing . Doctor is super professional and helpful and ready to answer all questions and concerns. I can see perfectly with no issues at all. So happy and I highly recommend Moorfields Eye Hospital for any eye problem you have.

Horrible experience. They have cancelled my first appointment. 2nd time I came to the appointment, I came late 15 mins, they didn’t tell me anything, however, they delayed me 30 mins to check in, and then when I asked , they said we didn’t check you in at all. Then I had to leave, and yet they didn’t do anything

Dr. Ismail Arbabi, is highly professional and excellent by all standards. My experience was excellent and successful, as he performed an operation on me called cataract. My rating for the doctor is more than five stars, and the medical team is also five stars, and the administration is five stars, and the hospital in terms of equipment and comfort is also five stars 🤩 I recommend this Dr. Ismail. 1. They have not discovered idea of appointment time! They run late by hours and not just minutes! 2. Staff are trained NHS way! They will see and treat you as and when they want!
