Vision Hospital Goa

I was at the clinic on December 23, 2024. I went to my first ultrasound to make sure that the pregnancy was progressing correctly, I went to Dr. Shraddha R. Who actually performed the ultrasound! It was the first time I encountered such a disrespectful attitude, firstly, the doctor did not greet me, and secondly, she did not ask me anything when she did the ultrasound, I felt a little uncomfortable, as she did it rudely! And the most annoying thing was that it was my first ultrasound, and I wanted the doctor to tell me what was going on inside me! As a result, after the ultrasound, they ordered me to go out and wait for a few minutes, they just gave me an envelope at the reception and that was it! I was shocked, I had to send the result to my doctor so that he would give me an explanation! I have a question for you?! What did I pay 1,200 rupees for? Are you seriously positioning yourself as a private clinic with the best services?! I have never encountered such rudeness and ignorance in such a strange form! It may be a job for a doctor, but for us, patients, these are important moments in life! I want you to answer all my questions and explain the situation!

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Sachin Nandkumar with my mother for a health and fitness consultation, and I must say—I've never come across such a sweet, down-to-earth human being in the medical field. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel completely comfortable and genuinely cared for. His approach was kind, patient, and thoughtful, taking the time to understand my mother’s needs and explain everything in a way that was easy to grasp. It's rare to find a doctor who blends such warmth with professionalism. Truly grateful we found him!

Good doctor, completely incompetent admin My wife's appointment - we arrived at 11.15 for a 11.30 appointment. Waited till 12.45, asked what was going on, they'd forgotten the appointment. When she finally gets to go in, the room is like a fish market, people going in and out. Then, billing. Please go and pay. Oh, no, please sit down, the bill has to be signed. Another 15 minutes. Oh, please go put your name on the report. Another half hour. Where is the report? They're typing it. Another 45 minutes. Please go and wait. Staff are pleasant but utterly, utterly incompetent. How are you people unable to coordinate ANYTHING?

We were searching for a surgeon on google we found Dr.Fallari..he was very humble and courteous from day one.. he always answered our calls and responded instantly..He is truly a Man of God send to my Father in law Micheal Fernandes Colvale, Bardez Goa ,for colostomy closure operation.. You are the best doctor in the world. You saved our life, and I will always be grateful for that. You are compassionate, professional, and overall, a very nice person. APPRECIATE all what u did from day one till date..

HE WAS SEND TO US BY GOD..My husband and i were searching for a surgeon we found him on Google ..We feel truly blessed to have received care from someone as dedicated and compassionate and kind as you.. Your impact will always be remembered with gratitude for my successful Colostomy closure operation. Your kindness and empathy have left a lasting impression. We would like to express my gratitude and extend thanks to Dr.Ashish and all nurses especially Vishaka , Vinidita, Mhadavi, who were very dedicated and also Mr.Rahul Manager in charge for the care and support we received from day 1. One of the worst pharmacy you will ever find in mapusa , staff is alway sloppy with work means just see for this simple 50₹ tablet they kept me 27 minutes waiting saying this is billing counter , go that side . Always so many customers wait outside , arrogant and rude. It’s way better and time saving to order from wellness pharmacy near than to wait there , and i was also there cause of admitted patient only , being busy doesn’t means you need to be rude and arrogant while doing job , serial number?? Are you kidding me , people how knew the staff got direct medicines like a favor , what you say serial ? Serial scammer.

The medical expertise at this eye hospital is commendable. The doctors are thorough, knowledgeable, and provide quality eye care. However, the administrative aspect of the hospital severely needs improvement. My recent visit was particularly frustrating. Despite having an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM and arriving early at 10:25 AM, I wasn't seen until 1:20 PM – a wait of over 3 hours. And this has happened on more than one occasion even after having an appointment. The front desk staff, particularly Tejaswini, was unhelpful and unprofessional throughout this ordeal. When asked about the wait time, she became defensive rather than providing clear information. The appointment system appears to be poorly managed. There's no clear communication about whether the hospital operates on an appointment basis or first-come-first-serve basis. This lack of transparency leads to unnecessary confusion and wasted time for patients. Positive Points: Skilled and competent doctors Quality medical care Areas Needing Immediate Improvement: Front desk service and professionalism Appointment management system Wait time communication Staff courtesy towards patient While I would recommend the doctors here, patients should be prepared for potentially long waits and frustrating administrative experiences. The hospital management should seriously consider retraining their front desk staff and implementing a more efficient appointment system to match the quality of their medical care.

I had to have an emergency operation at the hospital on NYE. The staff reviewed me quickly, sent me for the required scans, diagnosed me, and removed my appendix within 5 hours. Dr Shailesh was my consultant / surgeon and he was amazing- clear communicator, put me at ease, and very knowledgeable. The nurses and other staff on Floor 4 looked after me from my operation until 3Jan. They were kind and responsive. The pharmacy staff were also amazing- working so quickly and in such a demanding environment. I can’t thank this hospital enough for taking care of me so well. I was lucky to be referred to their care.
