My recent experience with Turakhia Opticians was unfortunately quite unsatisfactory. The owner did not explain the charges in a transparent manner and appeared quite uninterested in fixing his mistake. In a day and age where retail has moved online, the only selling point that mortar and brick store have is excellent client service - which was grossly lacking here. I will not be visiting again.

Excellent store! The owner Mr. Apurv is a gentleman and knew what we wanted. Very skilled indeed, he just looked at my son's old glasses and told us the precise number without the prescription. Which was impressive!! Wide variety of frames for kids and very unique designs and color schemes, unlike the same patterns which are available in lenskart and other stores. Overall, a wonderful place to get a great deal. Best part was that they don't overcharge and the quality of lenses are excellent. Turakhia Optician's Goa branch has become my new favorite place to shop for eyewear. Their frames have excellent quality, design, and a minimalistic style that enhances one's outward appearance. I highly recommend this store. Even though I live in Mumbai, I don't mind ordering eyewear from them and having it shipped here. I truly loved it.
